Skirting rubber mainly used in bulk material handling system as a side skirt on conveyor belt system. The function of rubber skirt is to provide an effective and safe seal against belt to limit dust leakage. The rubber skirt has a double layer of skirting rubber compound from polyurethane and rubber.
Belt friendly - the dual layer rubber skirt keeps 3-5 mm from the belt and keep proper contact pressure with the belt.
Improvement of working conditions - the first layer can prevent materials from spillage, the second layer can prevent dust from leakage.
Holding in place by welded U-Clamp - Preventing clamping pressure to the angle bar by the clamp handle.
